Processing times
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern on a business day are typically dispatched the same day; orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, are dispatched the next business day. During restocks or promotional periods, processing may extend to two business days.
Carriers and delivery estimates
We ship with major national carriers (including USPS and FedEx) with tracking on every order. Standard delivery typically arrives 3–5 business days after dispatch. Expedited options, where available, are shown at checkout with their own estimates. Delivery estimates are good-faith projections, not guarantees. Carrier delays are outside our control.
Shipping costs
- Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders over $100.
- Orders under the threshold are charged the carrier rate shown at checkout.
- Standard is a flat $4.99, 2-Day is $14.99 and Overnight is $49.99, anywhere we ship. Expedited services must be ordered before 3:00 PM Eastern on a business day.
Packaging
Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for normal shipping windows. Every vial ships sealed, cushioned, and boxed to protect physical integrity in transit; when weather or transit conditions warrant, we add insulation to temperature-sensitive shipments.

Tracking, delays, and delivery issues
You’ll receive a tracking number by email at dispatch.
- If tracking stalls for more than five business days, or a package is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact support@halotirlabs.com within seven days of the last tracking event so we can open a carrier investigation.
- Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon carrier delivery to the address provided at checkout, so please double-check your shipping address before submitting an order.
