Overview
Tesamorelin is a synthetic analog of human growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1–44) bearing a trans-3-hexenoyl modification at the N-terminus, a change that improves the molecule's stability against enzymatic degradation while preserving receptor activity.
In research settings, tesamorelin is used to study GHRH receptor signaling, somatotroph cell function, and downstream growth-hormone-axis responses in cellular and preclinical models. Its enhanced stability profile makes it a practical reference compound for time-course experiments where native GHRH degrades too quickly.
Each vial contains 10 mg of lyophilized tesamorelin, sealed for laboratory use. This material is supplied strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory experimentation and is not for human or veterinary use of any kind.
